If you had a great experience with a Washér, favorite him!

1. When your Washé is completed, you will be prompted to rate, tip and favorite your Washér. Tap the star icon to add Washér to your favorites. (The icon will turn red!)

If you forgot to favorite your Washér at checkout last time, you can go back and do it at a later. Here’s how:

1. Tap the three lines on the top left corner of the home screen and tap “Past Washés.”
2. Tap the Washér you would like to favorite and tap the star on the top right. When the star turns red, you have officially added this Washér to your “Favorites.” Your Favorite Washér will receive notification of your requests first.

You can also schedule washes in advance with your Favorite Washér.

1. Once you have selected a package, tap the calendar to select a date and time.
2. Tap the icon next to Favorite Washer to turn on Favorites and select the Washér of your choice.
