You can message your Washér directly through the app for up to 24 hours after your wash is complete. To contact your Washér after your Washé is complete:
Tap the three lines on the top left corner of your screen and then tap “Past Washes.”
Tap the last Wash to view a summary of the job and you’re Washer’s contact info. If you wash was completed less than 24 hours ago, tap the “chat” icon to message or call your Washer.
If there is no chat icon, tap “Back.” Tap those three lines in the top corner again and tap “Support.”
Fill out a support ticket and we’ll contact your washér for you.
